HOW LONG DOES A GRILL REVIVAL TAKE?
Professional Grill cleaning is a time consuming, difficult and dirty job. Each Grill Revival will vary based on services you order, the size of your grill and how long its been since your last cleaning. Most of our services take between 2 and 5 hours.
DO YOU COME TO ME OR DO I NEED TO BRING MY GRILL TO YOU FOR THE PROFESSIONAL GRILL/BBQ CLEANING?
We are a mobile service, coming to wherever your grill is located to perform the professional grill and bbq cleaning services.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR THE GRILL CLEANING SERVICES?
Although we would love the opportunity to meet you in person and share with you the final results, you do not need to be home. Our Revival Experts will send you a text or give you a call 20 to 30 minute prior to their arrival. If you cannot meet us, you may provide instructions on how to enter your backyard.
WHAT BRANDS AND TYPES OF BBQ GRILLS DO YOU CLEAN?
Our Revival Experts clean all makes and models of barbecues, from high-end luxury units like Vikings to Traeger Pellet Grills to Weber grills that were purchased at Home Depot. All BBQ Grills will benefit from the professional deep cleaning services provided by your Revival Expert.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE PRICE TO CLEAN MY GRILL?
We keep pricing simple at Revival Grill Cleaning. You do not need to worry about measuring your grill or counting burners. All Grills Under 50" that are in service area are $299. If your grill is is over 50" or outside are service area then give us a call for a custom quote.
HOW FREQUENTLY SHOULD I HAVE A DEEP CLEANING PERFORMED ON MY GRILL?
We recommend at the bare minimum that BBQ Grills be deep cleaned once a year. However, a lot of it depends on how often you like to use your grill. We have Revival Cleaning maintenance plans for monthly, quarterly and bi-yearly cleaning. These plans are discounted off our regular pricing. Ask your Revival Grill Expert for details and sign up.
DO YOU OFFER GRILL REPAIRS?
We currently do not offer grill repairs
WHY IS HAVING MY GRILL PROFESSIONALLY DEEP CLEANED IMPORTANT?
The short answer is performing regular deep cleaning of your BBQ grill will provide a healthier and safer grilling experience, as well as protect the investment you have made. Simply brushing off the racks after each use is not enough, as burnt pieces of meat have fallen through the grates. When left unchecked, those burnt pieces of meat can cause carcinogens to leach into subsequent grilled food, can also cause dangerous mold to grow and will also attract rodents. In addition, old grease and dirt that builds up can clog your burners and cause grease fires. IS MY GRILL GOING TO LOOK BRAND NEW WHEN COMPLETE?
Our goal for every Revival cleaning is have our customers 100% satisfied and in most cases we exceed customers satisfaction. That said, every cleaning is different and the "like newness" depends upon many factors such as the age of grill and the the quality of stainless steel the grill manufacture used. Most of the BBQ Grill cleaning will be spent on the parts of the grill that will have the biggest impact to the health, safety and taste of the food being prepared”
DO YOU NEED WATER AND ELECTRICITY FROM MY HOUSE?
Yes, we will need access to water for our rinse tank and electricity to power some of our equipment. If either is not available please add the note to your reservation or let the us know when you call to book.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and check.
